Independent Examincr's Report to the Trustees of The
Renfrewshire Disability Arts Fornm
I report on the financial ststements of the Forum for the year ended 31 March 2025,
which are s¢t out on pages 3 to l O.
R¢spc¢tive respoDsibilities of trustees and examiller
The charity's tsustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the tern￿ of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) 2005
Act and the CharitÈes Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). The
charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation l O(1 ) (a) to (c) of
the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the
accounts as requiied under section 44(1) (c) of the 2005 Act and to stat¢ whether
particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examlner's report
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the 2006 Charities
Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented
with thos¢ records. It also includes con.sideration of any unusual items or disclosiwes
in the accounts and seeks explanations frorn the trLL8tees concerning any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all thc cvidcncc that would be required in
an audit an(t consequently. I do nol cxprcss an audit opillion on the accounls.
Independent Examiner's statement
In the cours¢ of my examin￿10n, no matter has corne to my attention
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material res￿et the
Tequirements:
to keep accounting records in a¢cordance with section 44(1) (a) of the 2005 Act
and Rcgulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Rcgulatiolls, aud
to prepare &ccounls whiLh accord with the &LLvunting records and comply with
Regulation 9 ofthe 2006 Accounts Regulations
have not been mel or
to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
under8landing nf the accc)unt.g t() he reachLd.
