Objectives: (a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Stratbnaver and its environs without distinction of sex or of political, religion or other opinions, by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved (b) To establish or to secure the establishment of a Public Hall and to maintain and manage such a hall for activities promoted by the Association and it's constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects
