Membership of the management committee Is open lo representatsves of communty groups and voluntary organisations working within the community of West Ardnamurchan and the Surrounding area. Trustees are elected at the Annual General Meetsng which is normally held in February. Under the constitution, there must be a minimum of three and not rT￿re than seven elected trustees. In the last financial year we have actively begun seeking grant funding for new fencing1£10. 1501. a new ffK)wer Ic£71401 and for tree cutting (£17001 An applicats'on lo the Weir Charitable Trust on our behalf was unsuccessful however another application has been submitted lo the Lottery Awards for Al funding stream. Financial review Brief statement of the charity's policy on reserves Our main source of fvnds is donabons from local community groups. Regular outgoings include grass cutting and insurance. The trustees, policy is to maintain reserves at around 2-3 monlhs of normal running costs in order to meet commitments and to cover any unexpected expenditure.
