Blackhall Nursery is a community-led early years setting which was set up to provide high quality education and childcare for local children aged 3-5. As a partner provider of City of Edinburgh Council, we provide fully funded spaces for 30 children on a term-time basis. We work closely with the local primary schools, church and other community groups to ensure we enrich the lives of the children at our setting, their families and the wider community. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees, made up primarily of parents / carers and a Parent and Carer Committee, the latter of which is responsible for fund-raising for additional resources and trips.

Objectives: To promote and advance the education of pre-school children in the local catchment area of the Company, without distinction of sex, nationality, religious or other opinions by the provision of a nursery.
