VASA is the Third Sector Interface for South Ayrshire and deliver four core functions as prescribed by the Scottish Government and include Volunteering development, Capacity Building, Social Enterprise Development and growth and to ensure that the Third Sector have a strong voice locally. In addition, VASA run a range of services to meet gaps in service delivery.

Objectives: The objectives of SALVO are to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community within South Ayrshire and, in particular, the advancement of education, the furtherance of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress by the promotion of voluntary service and developing volunteering within the area
