The objects, actlvlties and buslness of the Charlty are governed by Constltutlon approved by the Inland Revenue for Charitable Status purposes and managed by a Commlttee composed of Offlce Bearers (The Trustees) and Members. Accounts and Reserves The accounts for the Year ended 31 December 2025 are attached to thls Report. The Charity achieved a surplus of £45S9.48 forthe year 2025 and held a reserve of £11901.84 at the end of the year. Thls reserve Is an unrestrlcted fund. apart from Speclal Project-Gaelic Tultion wlth a balance of £220. the Trustees. policy Is to hold at one yearfs National Mod costs in reserve.
