Objects of Charlty and Constltutlon
The purpose of the charlty Is to advance the Educatlon of the Public in Scottlsh Gaelic Music and Verse by
the presentation of public performances and related activitles. The objects, actlvlties and buslness of the
Charlty are governed by Constltutlon approved by the Inland Revenue for Charitable Status purposes and
managed by a Commlttee composed of Offlce Bearers (The Trustees) and Members.
Accounts and Reserves
The accounts for the Year ended 31 December 2025 are attached to thls Report.
The Charity achieved a surplus of £45S9.48 forthe year 2025 and held a reserve of £11901.84 at the end of
the year. Thls reserve Is an unrestrlcted fund. apart from Speclal Project-Gaelic Tultion wlth a balance of
£220. the Trustees. policy Is to hold at one yearfs National Mod costs in reserve.
