De5plte applyln8 for various grants to replace our previous regular funding, we were only able to secure a 5rnall number, whith didn't cover all of our outgolngs for the year, To mitigate thls we reduced our number of tutors from sixteen to fourteen and re-organised some classes to ensure minimum impart on our pupils. In additlon, our team of volunteers organised various fundraislng attivities IncludlnB bake sales, kiltwalks and our weekly tuckshop. In order to allow more time for flnding new fundlnE opportunitSes we set up a Crowdfunder whlch was generously supported and allowed us to meet our commitments for the end of the session, Our contlnued efforts to find funding Options for next session have begun to pay off with grants pledged from previou5 5UPPOrters suth a5 Hugh Fraser and Glasgow Care Foundation but also new supporters includin8 the Bellahouston Benevolent Fund and Eilidh's Trust. We are extremely grateful to all our funders and all our volunteers who have spent many hours researchlng and apptylng for grants. Thelr efforts mean that we will be in a position to re-open in September 2024. The x¢ounts for the year are attad)ed. and fom) part of thi5 report. Sl8ned, on behalf of the committee.
