The Aros Hall lies in the heart of the town and ho$ a ¥>eclal place in the hearts of resldents. and ivs thanks to your Invofvement that it remains a nxKh- loved space. Whlle the past year hasn't been without its challen8es. there'5 also been a 8at deal to celebrate. The Aros Hall continues to be a space to bring people together and celebrate community. Their creativ¢ award-wlnnlng pitch secured a farrtastic £3,1)J) grant - a brilliant examFde of communlty splrft and youth leadership in artfion. The Aros Hall was a txtsding 4)ace over the festive period, Our Christm3s Party and Ho8manay Dance We a hit - thank you to fcjr keepin8 everyone dar•cin8. The 2024 pantomime. Ciiiderella, V¥as a hugc hit with the town and the effort involved in Wtt1 on the show is testsment to the brflliant community that exlsts here. We're also thankful to Tobermory Harbour Association for providing the market site at a fair rate, and to Tobernv)ry Distillery for On a8aln offerin8 their cajrtyard free of char8e durfng the Christmas Mark£ts, allowin8 US to welcome twice as many trader& V- rJhlng The MESS Island Castsways charity shop returned to the hall foyer fr(Mn Apnl to Ortober. offering voknnteerin8 OPPCfftunities and raisin8 funds for local cause& Meanwhile. the community fridge. also mana8ed try MESS. continued its brilliant work divertin8 food from landfill providin8 access to free food every day of the week.
