Objectives: To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Mayfield - Easthouses and their environs without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions by associating the Local Authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education to further health and to provide facilities, in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that the conditions of life of the aforementioned inhabitants may be improved.
