We help young people and adults strengthen their mental health, overcome stress, and build resilience so they can reach their full potential and contribute fully to their communities. Our approach reduces stress-related health issues, and pressure on healthcare services, and supports long-term improvements in wellbeing and quality of life across local communities through the provision of counselling and wellbeing services. Services are provided within community settings, Lifelink's own venues, schools and digitally.

Objectives: 4 The company's objects are: 4.1 to advance the mental and physical health of the general public, and in particular, individuals suffering from stress. 4.2 to advance education, and in particular to increase public knowledge and awareness of issues relating to health by encouraging individuals to participate in decisions relating to their health and by providing a forum for discussion of issues relating to health. 4.3 to relieve poverty. and 4.4 to promote, operate, establish and/or support other similar projects and programmes which further charitable purposes.
