In the year, we continued to operate and manage the Brightons Community Hall. Activity has stabilised after Covid and the Hall diary is busy. The team secured Asset Transfer of the hall from the Council and so much time and resource is being put towards making the hall a vibrant and sustainable amenity in the area. We continue successfully in the area, against competition

Objectives: To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Brightons area without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions by associating the local and statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance the education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said habitants. To maintain and manage or to co-operate with any local authority in the maintenance and management of the aforementioned Brightons Community Hall for activities promoted by the Committee in the furtherance of the above objects.
