'The aims and objectives of the AHL AL BAIT SOCIETY shall be to advance education of the public in the study of arabic language, history, literature, and drama for the following purposes:' '(i) To promote and support fellowships, scholarships, conferences, seminars, study tours, and similar programmes in relation to the purpose of the organisation. (ii) To publish and promote or supply the publication and distribution of books, journals, periodicals, magazines, newspapers and other literature and provide facilities for one or more libraries and reading rooms' '(iii) To establish and support the establishment of schools and cultural centres for the benefit of the community. and, (iv) To provide residential accommodation for students and teachers engaged in carrying out the purpose of the organisation'

Objectives: 3.1 The Company's objects are to advance the education of the public in the study of Arabic language, history, literature and drama by means of: 3.1.1 promoting and supporting fellowships, scholarships, conferences, seminars, study tours and similar programmes. 3.1.2 publishing and promoting books, journals, periodicals, magazines, newspapers and other literature and provide facilities for one or more libraries and reading rooms. 3.1.3 establishing and supporting schools and cultural centres for the benefit of the community. and 3.1.4 providing residential accommodation for students and teachers engaged in carrying out the purposes of the Company.
