In furtherance thereof:- 2.1 To promote, provide, or assist by financial means and voluntary practical help, the improvement of the standard and quality of care or environment of the aforementioned patients. 2.2 To create, encourage, foster and maintain the interest of the public in providing a link between the above named hospital and the community which it serves.
