APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achlgvements of the charfty durlng thg financlal period Throughout this year we have continued to operate our community larder which has had over 2300 weekly visits for people to but a weekiy top-up shopping at a cost of £4 with basket value averaging £15-£20, saving people significantly over the course of the year. We have also invested in upgrading our electrics in both the office area and as well as the kitchen. We have replaced our cooker with one more suitable for our needs. There has been a lot of work in our garden area with a new shed erected. Vve have given permission to one of our groups to allow them to use land to grow their own vegetables that will be used in their recovery cafe that is based in the Centre, with any excess going to our community larder. Upgrade the Community Centre to improve functionality and accessibility to all members of the IoGal community to feel welcomed and able to utllise the facilities available. Seek available funding to support new mental health wellbeing activities within the local community. Strengthen links with local organisations to expand support services.
