The charity is to hold funds and pay the free annual income of those funds to the Alness Congregation of the Church of Scotland or apply that income for the benefit of the Congregation or its minister for the time being. In the event that the said Congregation ceases to exist or ceases to worship in Alness the capital and any remaining income from the funds held are to be paid to Highland Hospice.

Objectives: Highland Hospice, Bishops Road, Inverness, or if it shall not be in existence at the date of my death then to such other Charity as my Trustees in their sole discretion decide as being appropriate, having similar aims and objects and Alness Congregation of the Church of Scotland.
