The purpose of Cowal Hospice Trust is to support hospice and palliative care services for people in the Cowal area who are affected by life-limiting illness, together with support for their families and carers

Beneficiaries: 'People with disabilities or health problems'

Objectives: The Trustees shall from time to time hold, pay or apply or allocate the whole free income of the trust estate and shall from time to time pay or apply the whole capital of the trust estate in accordance with the following:- The establishment of a Hospice for the care and support of the terminally ill with ancillary support for their relatives and those caring for them all without regard to the nature of the terminal illness (hereinafter referred to as 'the primary trust purpose'). That without prejudice to the foregoing generality the Trustees shall endeavour to build and maintain and thereafter administer, through fundraising, grants and charitable donations, a Hospice for the care of the terminally ill and the support of their relative and carers all as specified in the primary trust purpose.
