A key agreed principle of this agreement is that CEC will not Profil from PUG usage and that all PUG costs must be self-fin8ncing. The management committee has also worked exta]siv¢ly to plan for the implementation of rrang¢ments within PUG to meet the new operational requirements. These include supervision arrangements for all PUG s510n& insurance for usag< access to the studio, new studio guideline4 induction procedures and ongoing operational mana8em¢nt 8rran8m¢nts. PUG membership has had to remain path8ed through the year 2025-26. All previous members have been both consulied and kept infornied of developments through IM)th fae&ts)-fa¢¢ m¢etings and email. Previous members will hav¢ priority access to membership when the new facilities become available as soon as possible in 2026. Review of the Group name is also required and this will be addSSed as an element of the ftrran8ements cuttently under d¢vek)pmenl.
