Promotion, provision and assistance of anything designed to improve the standard and quality of care or the environment of the patients, staff and visitors of Chalmers Hospital, Banff. Enablement of Community First Responders to attend and administer pre-ambulance interventions, in accordance with Scottish Ambulance Service Training, for the benefit of the whole community in Banff, Macduff and environs. Advancement and provision of training in first aid, general health and life support skills. Provision and maintenance of public access defibrillators. Creation, encouragement, fostering and maintenance of the interests of the public in providing a link between Chalmers Hospital and the community.
