The mana8Èment committee shall have the power to appolnt sub-committees. The management committee shall elect a Chairperson, an Honorary Secretary and an Honorary Treasurer annually and appoint an external examiner of the accounls and such other officials as may be deemed necessary. Trustees shall be recrulted and appolnted by the mana8ement committee. Objectives and activltles The objective of the Trust is broadly to asslst Children in need in The Lothlans In any manner the Committee Members deem appropriate. They make bequests to charitable organisation5 in Lothian and to requésts from individuals vla professlonals in: healthcare,. education- and social services. where the empha$15 Is on assi5tin8 disadvantaged children.
