The charity was set up to add value to the lives of the people of Dunfermline and its environs The Trustees seek to fulfil this objective by: • The maintenance and development of the Birthplace Museum to preserve and promote the legacy of Andrew Carnegie. • A programme of grant giving to local organisations. and • Entering into partnerships and the promotion of initiatives with groups and organisations whose objects are compatible with those of the Trust.
