To promote and organise co-operation and the achievement of the above purposes and to that end bring together Council Representatives of the Stautory Authorities and voluntary organisations engaged in the furtehrance of the above purposes or any of them within the isalnds of Barra and Vatersay. and To do all or any other things as will properly attain the above purposes.
