Objectives: to provide for the blind, the partially sighted, and those labouring under some temporary or permanent incapacity or disability which makes reading a strain (a) books, magazines and other material recorded on tape and/or in such other form as may be appropriate from time to time. (b) such other services as may be beneficial to the blind, partially sighted and disabled and as the Committee may agree from time to time.
