Objectives: The organisation’s purposes are: The advancement of health and wellbeing through the creation of a virtual support café and following Covid 19 restrictions 2020, expanding to include regular café meetings. The café has the purpose of promoting friendship and providing support for those experiencing isolation and mental health issues. The advancement of citizenship and community development by undertaking to promote volunteering positively, carrying an up to date list of volunteering opportunities in the Highland area, facilitating network events in the area, promoting partnership working, and by the recruitment of volunteers in the appropriate projects hosted by the organisation. Through supporting the sustainability and development of community groups and organisations in the area The promotion of equality and diversity by having the aims of inclusion and accessibility as a core value of the organisation, through recruitment of volunteers and staff, and toward those who access services provided by the organisation The advancement of environmental protection or improvement by the creation of a local community garden and plastic reducing refill social enterprise, the advancement of environmentally friendly transport through the community transport project. The relief of those in need through the provision of community transport scheme/s for residents in Ross-Shire. by promotion of volunteering and provision of volunteering and recruitment opportunities, through networking events and raising awareness within communities.
