Care Support Scotland is a registered charity that provides services across East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian and Edinburgh, specialising in three areas of expertise: Learning Disability & Neurodiversity, Homelessness Prevention & Support and Older People Services. We work with some of the most vulnerable people in society to make a positive impact through independent living and help the people we support thrive in the community. This is achieved through achieving positive outcomes via five focus areas: Safety, Trust, Respect, Collaboration and Empowerment.
Objectives: 5.1 providing support (either one to one or by other means) in people’s homes or in other chosen locations. 5.2 providing group support. and 5.3 enabling access to education and training, employment, arts, sports, recreation and social and economic wellbeing.
