Objectives: To advance education and to provide, or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation, where such provision or assistance in provision.- 4.1 is in the interests of social welfare 4.2 is made with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. 4.3 is to secure the establishment and maintenance of a community centre by associating with City of Edinburgh Council and other voluntary & sporting organisations for activities promoted by the Association in furtherance of any or all of the purposes listed above in 4.1 & 4.2 The inhabitants being Corstorphine & surrounding areas of West Edinburgh, bounded by the January 2016 geographical map of the Western Edinburgh Neighbourhood Partnership (City of Edinburgh Council), without distinction of political, religious, or gender.
