Objectives and activities To raise funds to purchase extra goods and equipment that would benefit all the pupils at the local High School. The Committee nornially meet about 3 times a year. The Trustees are responsible for the Strategic dircction and governance of the group. The main source of funds were raised through a Winter disco, provision of food and drink at evening events. The club lottery was able to keep going as people paid monthly, draws were done monthly and prizes posted out by cheque. Profits spent on fundraising go to whatever Staff/pupils have requested and Committee selects by vote. Structure, governance and management Type of governing document The Charity is an incorporated association. It is govcrned by it's constitution and has charitable status through OSCR. Trustee recruitment and appointment Membership of the committee is open to all parents/carers, guardians and teacherslstaff at the school. Trustees are elected at the meetings which held once a tenn about 3 times a year. Achievements and performance Junior and senior Christmas parties held and various events attended for provision of refreshments. Funds at those events are raised directly by the school. Club lottery raises a little money.

Future plans Several members of the charity have stood down as of the 30th June 2025 as their children have now left school. They are thanked for all their many years of hard work and support. 3 new Trustees have been recruited and there are aims to si11f1CantIY ramp up fundraising. A governance review and a review of the group's constitution has also taken place in 2025.
