I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31st March 2026 which are set out on pages 4 to 6.

RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER

The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparaXon of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the ChariXes and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the ChariXes Accounts (Scotland) RegulaXons 2006. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of RegulaXon 10(1)(d) of the Accounts RegulaXons does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under secXon 44(1)(c) of the Act and to state whether parXcular majers have come to my ajenXon.

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S STATEMENT

My examinaXon is carried out in accordance with RegulaXon 11 of the ChariXes Accounts (Scotland) RegulaXons 2006 (as amended). An examinaXon includes a review of the accounXng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideraXon of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeks explanaXons from the trustees concerning any such majers. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER’S STATEMENT

In the course of my examinaXon, no majer has come to my ajenXon

  1. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements

  2. to keep accounXng records in accordance with SecXon 44(1)(a) of the 2005 Act and RegulaXon 4 of the 2006 RegulaXons, and

  3. to prepare accounts which accord with the accounXng records and comply with RegulaXon 9 of the 2006 Accounts RegulaXons

have not been met, or

  1. to which, in my opinion, ajenXon should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
