TechFest is set up to inspire young people and the wider community to engage with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). We aim to make STEM enjoyable, accessible and relevant, helping people build knowledge, confidence and skills while raising awareness of education and career opportunities. We achieve this by delivering interactive workshops, festivals, school programmes, community activities and public events. We work in partnership with schools, colleges, universities, businesses and other organisations, drawing on industry expertise to provide engaging, real-world learning experiences. Through these activities, we help more people understand how STEM shapes everyday life and encourage them to explore its opportunities.
