The Columba Trust was established in 1949 by Lord Colum Crichton-Stuart. Lord Crichton-Stuart wished to support Roman Catholics in the practice of their faith. The Trust's other purposes include the advancement of education and the relief of poverty. Grants are made to organisations and individuals for projects which fulfil the Trust's purposes.
Objectives: (First) For the advancement of the Roman catholic religion. (Second) For the advancement of education. (Third) For the relief of poverty.
