Objectives: To hold and maintain Maxwelton Chapel aforesaid for the benefit of the public, the Trustees always ensuring that it is available at all reasonable times for public or private religious worship or celebration of religious ceremonies by any person or persons adhering to the chistian faith and that subject to the foregoing, it is open for visiting by the public at large at such times throughout each year as may appear reasonable to the Trustees having regard to the availability of staff to care for the premises and other relevant considerations and (Fifth) in addition to the foregoing purposes and to the extent that they have been fulfilled or are in the sole discretion of the Trustees no longer capable of fulfilment Whether by reason of lack of funds to fulfil all or any thereof, or the destruction or degeneration of Maxwelton Chapel aforesaid to hold the Trust Estate for purposes which the law regards as charitable (and preferably purposes of the Christian Church) and to distribute the capital and income at such time or times and in such proportions as may be determined by the Trustees in their sole discretion for such charitable purposes only:
