Objectives: For such purposes as the law shall from time to time regard as charitable within the meaning of Section 360 of the Income & Corporation Taxes Act 1970 or of any Act amending or replacing the same, the Trustees being hereby directed to distribute the Trust Fund at such time or times and in such amounts as they may determine in their sole discretion for such charitable purposes only, but with power to my Trustees in their discretion to accumulate the Trust income in whole or in part for a period of twenty one years from the date hereof.
