RecruStmert arnl Appointment of TNstee5 Members of the Kirk Session are the charity trustees. The Kirk Se5sK)n members are the elders of the church and are chosen from those members of the thurch who are considered to have the appropriate gifts and skills. The minister, who is a member of the Kirk Session, is elected by the congregation and inducted by Presbytery. Organised Structure The Kirk Session which currentty meets nine times a year is respon5ibSe for spiritual affairs wrthin the thurch and within the Kirk Session certain responsibilities are dele83ted to the Finance Committee and the Property Committee as appropriate. Objectives & ArtMtiVS The Church of Scotland is Trinitarièn in dortrine, Reformed in tradition and Presbyterian in policy. It exists to glorify God and to work for the advan￿rnent of Chrisys Kingdom throughout the world as a national Church, r¢ acknowledges a di5tinctNe call and duty to bring ordInan￿S of religion to the people in every parish of Scotland through a territorial ministry. Waterfront Parish Church Scottish Charity: SC(M)4596 Trustees Achievement & Performance 2024 We have had another successful year linked with Dalmuir Barclay and have had continuity with leading services month about at both Churches is our Interim Moderator and continues to be SUPPOrt in the Presbytery plan for Clydebank. Attendance on a Sunday for the weekly seNice is approxlmately 35-50, the early time of 10am being unsuitable for many of our members. The Sunday service is broadcast live on the web. Thank you to those volunteers who provide this service. Thanks are also due to who provide tea/coffee after each service. The Wednesdav worshlp Group continues to meet each week at noon for a short service followed by a lot of discussion and laughter. The Outlook committee tried to have a coffee afternoon for students and although thls was well advertised, disappointedly there was a poor response and after several weeks was discontinued. They tried to have evenin8 walks again but the weather was against them. The Fund Raising Committee had another busy year. Their coffee morning5 and plant sale are always well attended and the funds raised are much appreciated a5 well as the opportunty to welcome visitors and friends to our church. The Social Committee organised outings and their fashion show were sure success. The Brownie Guides had their annual Reindeer Drive with much laughter and noise. Many thanks to thern for their generous donation to the Church. A new venture was the sale of books, jigsaws and dolls in the corridor wrth an honesty box. This was introduced by proved to be a successful venture. Thank you Financial Review The Kirk Session sincerely thank everyone for their contributions each week to continue the work and look after our building. At present we have 33 members who have grft aided their contributions and who oversees this was able to claim a refund of £6330 from the Inland revenue. The Kork Session thanks all those who contribute by WFO or Standing Order for their offerings to ensure the running and fabric of the church. Page 5

R8serves Policy The Trustees hav8 no pobcy on reserves as nom8lexpenditure is met by incom8 on a weekly basis and designated funds held. Normal church fabric repaits and maintenance are met from the General Account. Atthe end of the year the church heid 4]nre5trictedlunds of £51043.48 and restricted funds of £6235.51 which been prowded for the purposes spectfied in Note 2 Page 6
