The pastoral team make home visits to ehiirch members in ihe Vtll-ish who are hoiiseboiind, liwng in
residential care, or who are now iinable to (fjrne to chiireh. these i'isits are veiy informal. Siinday worship
is recordedllive streamed for anyone wlshing either to M'ateh at a later da)'/time. Re(x)rdiIigs are available
via a USB stick and oiir YouThibe channel. Listening to the children's address, sermon, prayers and singing
helps Members re.tain a more personal connection with our chiireh family, this is an important link in
keeping a personal eontact with oiir chiirch family. Sei'ernl members of the group assist with flower
deliveries after serviees each week.

Resources Committee and Building Dewlopment Group They have resw)nsibility for property and finance, thev manage hall lets for both the ehiirch and the (x)mmunity, oversee the etnployees, keep the biiilding wind and water tight as well as planning reqiiired works. They also have Lhe Manbe Lo care for as it is a major asset for the church as well as a family home for the minister. We don't have a committee as siich, biit share diities eqiially since we all pay membership ftes and all have an eqiial say, and all work together to keep things rLinning smwthly. Again we had siiecessfiil Faster and christma.s Fayres raising fiinds for oiir church, these are very bLtsy days well attended and siipported by oiir local community. Safegiiarding rneetings and also meetings with Street l£vel in Carllike (which is a groiip for children and teenagers). Forth Primary School and Niirsery visited oiir chiirch for the Fastercode experie.nee, where 811 the childn come to learn the Easter story in a fun 2nd intergctive way. Mfe have lots of voliinteers prepare paneakes for their snack time and we httve some miisic and dnnec to finish. The prim&ry 7 class eamc to VE8it and cxwrienee the Yoiith Rainforest Cafe which is forteenagers on fridays. They got to sample the food and enjoy ihe gatnes which we have foi. them as they were all eligible lo attend oncetheywent on to high school. At Han'e5t time every class made a pietr of artwork which we displayed in Ihe small hall, the classes all me to visit and I did a presentation on the einema scre.en of the story of,loseph where they got a chance to wear the hnicoloiired dreamcoat.. The COTnmLinity all got involved in rnaking pieces of art too which were all on display. We had some fabiiloLiS Creations well done to eieryone who got involved. We organised training on Fo(xl Hysiene level 2 where io t¢e.nagcrs and io adult8 all passed, this not only ensiires all voliinteers working in Olif Lalé lind with our groups who rnaj be handling food in any way? all haye the appropriate training, but oiir teenagers have a qiialifi(Ailion and experience which can be incliided on their Cvs for future employmenL The Christmas season was iipon us again and thistakes a I( of organisingand preparation, designing Christma.4 eards to be delivered to Forth and siirroiinding areas, having a message with scriptlire and prAyer as well as details of what is going on in oiir chiirch over the season hopefully reaching people who don't know 8boiit lis yet. The Santa's Grotto and Chrislmas Lights Switch on is always a great family day for all to enjoy. We now have a few ofthe teenagers frnm the )'outh Rainforest Cafe helping oiit setving tea and coffee's. painting glittertattoos for the children. and making coffee from oiir barista machine.
