We are a cOngallOn of the Scottish Episcop81 Church whose oty'ective is lo advance the mission of the Christian Church through worship, seNice and fellowship. We aim lo do this through supporting existing Church membets thrOh worship and prayer oatherings and encouraging new members of 811 ages. The annual rert and accounts Psent a summary of our finanaal activrties during the year and gives an oveNlth¥ of the general 8clivilies that have taken FAace in our church in the past year. Actlvltles and achl•v•m8nls Under the guidance of our new Redor, the Reverend Aaron Moffat-Jackman. numbers 8ltending the Sunday moming and other services have risen. The ministry team for the linked charges of Saint Saviours and Saint Modocs, Doune, has been reinforced by the arrival of the Reverend Nelson Okeke as a non-stlpendiary priest. Worshlp Is supported in 8ddrtion by our t) lay readers. and by membefs of the corvJregation 18ke the prayers, read the lessons and welcome visilots. A new rosary prayer group meets once 8 month. The choir h8$ g8ined a new lease of lrfe. A music machine accompanies congregational slnglng when the org8nist is not av8118te. The Young Adults group, run loinlly wllh St Mary's Dunblane arKI Holy Trfnity, Stirting, h8s grown In strength. Ils activities ttave ranged from games nights and bart)ecues to attending a Pnde march. In confomilty wth new legi518tion, the cndenll8ls ol 811 PVG volunteern have been upJate(l. Collaboration with Bndge of Allan Parish Church has been 8 fealurn of the yeor. Thls Induded a Lent course on leamirwJ lo pray and o joint service on Easter momiThJ. The church has reached out to Ihe community in various ways. The church garden, open lo all, has been enhanced by new fumiture and by the rerlanted sensory garden. Food and basic necessities have teen contributed to the Slirting Start Up projea. The Wednesday welcome offers free t88. coffee, soup and a chat to 811 who wish lo take advantffje of Tl. Teas were provided 8t the 8ridge of Allan Open Gardens everrt. The funds raised al coffee after church go lo a variety of chatilies. SorAal 8Ctivities organlsed by Church membets twl open to all now indje a Carw BovAs Group in addition lo the w81kestablished Walking. Book 8rK1 Garyjening Grou. Communicatlon Is ensured by a regular magazine and a weekly Few slip which is disp81ched to thè congregation digitally on Ffiday while g paper veNon is made available in church on Sunday. Extensive use is also made of social media. particulady FacetKsok. This year a new website was created jointly for Saint Saviour5 and Salnt Mcrtjocs. This year the church has had to face Iwo major calls on fts finances. Wet rcl discovered in the hall floor pul the hall out of commission for several monlhs. Lead pe5 supplying water to churctt, hall and factory require to replaced. Ests'mates have been obtained and grants applied for. The work will be Carried out as soon as p)ssible.

The year has ended ¥wth 8 significant surplus, but this was largely due delay in the payment for PToperty imFfovemenls, in particular Ihe replacemenl of the reclory doffter vrindows. The year ended with 8 surplus of £14.204. Congregational giving was static as was the excellent effort of the fund raising team. The surplus was also helped by Ihe re1[1 of buildirMJ grant from the EFis¢opal Church. With many costs being shared Nwth St McJoc's. the financial prospects for the future appear comfortable, but the age of the congreg8tion, inflation. and the burdens of energy and repaits a current threats lo income and eXpendrtu. In addrtion there is the need to do suf)stantial work on thè all. rts floor needs extensive repair, and the develoFxnent of the resl of the building has still lo be foThulated. In the church itsem. the obsolescent he8tirwJ system is failing. RelaCement will be nece55ary in the short le. The rnanagement team of the Church is knovm as the Vestry. For the purwses of charities law, the members of the Veslry a the Charity Trustees of the Churoh. Details of the Trustees are given on page 2. Ordinary Vestry members are elecied by the Congregation at an Annual Meeting. Vestry members usually serve for a tem) of 3 year5.
