1. To provide a range of support and services to children, young people and adults with the overarching goal of optimising their psychological health and wellbeing. 2. The charity will provide these supports and services to children, young people and adults who might otherwise not be able to self-fund or access them (e.g. for reasons of disability, financial, opportunity or environmental reasons). 3. The purpose of the support and services provided by the charity is to enhance the biopsychosocial health and wellbeing of others. It is the goal for the charity that such supports will help others develop positive and proactive changes that we know are positive indicators of psychological health and wellbeing; whether that be through positive behavioural changes, positive changes in emotional wellbeing or positive changes in their routines/meaningful physical activity, (e.g. developing or enhancing self and self-care through sports, education, learning). 4. Promoting the education of others (professional and non-professional groups, students ) on subjects that reinforces and promotes positive psychological wellbeing from a holistic psychosocial perspective.
