NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 1. Accounting policies The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with FRS 102 and the Charities SORP.
2. Income
All income is from donations.
3. Expenditure
All expenditure relates to bank charges.
4, Trustees’ remuneration
No trustees received remuneration or expenses.
5. Independent examination
The charity's gross income is below £25,000 and therefore there is no statutory requirement for an independent examination or audit under current regulations.
STATUTORY INFORMATION For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and preparation of accounts. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
