‘Synergy will provide an inclusive environment for where beneficiaries can gather, sociise and avail of leisure and
learning activities and programmes which help improve mental and physical heath and wellbeing, in the form of an
accessible community hub in Lisburn. Open daily, we will offer a range of quality services and actuities inckuding: arts,
crafts,meet heritage,the needscullure,of adultsexercise,with walking/outdoor,physical disabilties mindfulness, focus groups,and ilinesses living in advice/informationthe Lisburn and greater that willLisburn be tailoredarea.to
Connecting individuals and communities, we will also work collaboratively with community, voluntary and statutory
