|Sacred|Heart|PS|PTA|is|run|by|a|group|of|volunteer|parents|and|
|staff|to|organise|social|events|that|develops|and|strengthens|
|Role of Charity|home-school|relationships|as|well as|occasionally|raising funds|
|to|purchase|educational|resources|for|the|children|at|Sacred|
|Heart|Primary|School.|The|PTA|also|support|the|school|by|
|providing hospitality|at school events and volunteering for roles|in|
|school such|as gardening and|after schools|clubs.|
|The|purpose|of Sacred|Heart|PS|PTA|is|to|advance|the|education|
|of|pupils|in the school|in|particular|by:|
|Purposes of the Charity;|e|parentsDeveloping and|otherseffectiveassociatedrelationships with the school,between|the|staff,|
|e|Engaging|in|activities|or|providing|facilities|or|equipment|

| The PTA held a number of events for the school community and | |
| wider local community. These gave pupils access to activities |
|
| which would not have been available through direct school | |
| funding. The events also helped to reinforce the relationship |
|
| between parentsandtheschool,aswellastohelpstrengthen ties | |
| tothe localcommunity. | |

the membership association for school PTAs. Total expenditure in
the period was £7116.
The PTA bank account balance as of 31 August 2024 was
£19,310.
Debts and Deficits The PTA does not hold any debts or funds that are materially in
deficit.
