Sunday School, Weekly Prayer Meeting, Youth Fellowship and Children's Meetings, Conducts Public worship through the following special services- Gospel Misslons, teaching conferences, special times of prayer, Youth rallies, baptism servlces and other special meetings. The Elders attend the monthly Presbytery meetings. Representatives attend the monthly Mi55ionary Council meetings. The Kirk Session interview and accept new commuriicant members. The Kirk Session provide pastoral support forthe members and attendees. The Kirk Session meet regularly to provide spiritual overslght. The Church Committee meets regularly to oversee the financial and practical matters. The Church supports the Work of Radio and TV broadcasting through Let the Bible Speak and the training activitles in the Whitefield College of the Bible. Encourages fervent evangelism in the rest of the VK through the work of the Mainland Commisslon and the growing rnisslonary work through the Missicn Board and The Free Presbyterian Mission Society Africa. Supports the work of Christian Education through the work of the Education Board. The Church provides trainin8 and refresher courses to those involved in deliverSng its spl¥itual work such as First Aid and Child Protectlon and Safeguarding. StructurÈ; Governance a.nd M3.naEement The Trustees meet on a regular basis to discuss the work of the church, and to make decisions concerning the artivities within the church. The tota! amount rAr•ivAA during the year amounted to £156382 from which totsl payments in the amount of £126,650 were made, leavlng a net surplus of £29,732 for the year compared with ? net deflclt of £8,899 in the prevlous year. Cash funds held at the ye3r end amounted to £77,624 (2023: £47,892}. The Church reserves policy Is to accumulate sufficient reserve5 to provide cover for 12 months operating expenses and future capital projects.
