Receipts and Payments Account 2023 – 2024

Notes to the Account:

1. ABCFHA was fortunate in receiving grants during the year from Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council. These were all restricted funding:

2. £400 for the Coronation Brunch on in June 2023, which should have been received in 22-23

3. £1000 for Core Costs 23-24, such as stationery and equipment

4. £1000 for Programme Costs 23-24, such as speakers for the Annual Project, coach for visit

5. £1660 which is the grant funding for 24-25.

However, £345.70 had to be returned to the council in 23-24, relating to 22-23 grants, as it had not been spent. In 23-24, just £30 had to be returned as unspent.

1. Income from the ‘Seeking New Horizons’ 23 - 24 Annual Project resulted from sales of the book which was self-published, containing stories written by our members.

2. Included in this figure is £618.90 for the Coronation Brunch in 22-23, which was not paid until 23-24

3. The equipment purchased was:

4. A laptop and bag (contribution to cost)

5. A refurbished laptop and bag

6. • 2 hard drives costing £163.98, purchased in 22-23 but paid for in 23-24.
