## **Receipts and Payments Account 2023 – 2024** 


## **Notes to the Account:** 

1. ABCFHA was fortunate in receiving grants during the year from Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.  These were all restricted funding: 

- £400 for the Coronation Brunch on in June 2023, which should have been received in 22-23 

- £1000 for Core Costs 23-24, such as stationery and equipment 

- £1000 for Programme Costs 23-24, such as speakers for the Annual Project, coach for visit 

- £1660 which is the grant funding for 24-25. 

However, £345.70 had to be returned to the council in 23-24, relating to 22-23 grants, as it had not been spent. In 23-24, just £30 had to be returned as unspent. 

2. Income from the ‘Seeking New Horizons’ 23 - 24 Annual Project resulted from sales of the book which was self-published, containing stories written by our members. 

3. Included in this figure is £618.90 for the Coronation Brunch in 22-23, which was not paid until 23-24 

4. The equipment purchased was: 

- A laptop and bag (contribution to cost) 

- A refurbished laptop and bag 

- • 2 hard drives costing £163.98, purchased in 22-23 but paid for in 23-24.
