Summa of Activities and Achievements Whilst the Holylands Christian Trust ("HCT') is in its infancy, the Trustees are pleased with the work that has been accomplished since HCT was incepted back in January 2020, and achieved its charitable status on 19 December 2021. It would be remiss of the Trustees to omit a word of thanks to Ms Valerie Miller, who resigned as a Trustee in May 2021, but committed so much of her time and energy during the early stages of HCT to help us achieve our charitable status, bank accounts etc. She was a great support to each of the Trustees, and no doubt remains supportive of HCT, and we express our thanks to her. Presentations and discussions at All Saints, Church in 202212023, we were kindly invited to two church services in All Saints, Church (one being their evening worship service known as Unichurch) by their Rector. to speak to the congregants and inform them of the existen￿ of HCT and to promote its purposes

and benefits. A short presentation was given by our Chairman, who remained behind after the ServI￿S to speak with interested individuals. We primarily wanted to speak with individuals who would be willing to partner with us, both spiritually and financially, into the long-term, in particular, those who have previously benefited from financial assistance to advance their training in Christian Ministry, who know the benefits of such funding, and V￿uld like to give back in kind. financially and spiritually. The Trustees were pleased with the responses that We received, with some committing to give financially following those discussions. We also wanted to speak with individuals who may be interested in applying forfvnding from HCT to assist them in being raised and trained in Christian Ministry. We had a number of helpful, preliminary conversations. All Saints, Church have been very accommodating to HCT from the earfy stages of the charity, and we were very grateful for the invitations. not only for the promotion and development of HCT, but also to fulfil our objects of furthering the work of All Saints, Church, and advancing the Christian religion (Objects 1 and 2), which benefrts those who attend All Saints, Church, but also the public generally. We look fornard to further opportunities in the coming years to work with All Saints Church in furthering our charitable purposes. A lication Fomi In 202212023, the Trustees were also working hard on carefully drafting appropriate application fomis for individuals to complete, if they are seeking financial assistance from HCT with respect to their training in Christian Ministry. The Trustees, led by Ms King, took a lot of time, care and attention to this project to ensure that the application process was sufficient to ensure the Trustees could perform their due diligence with respect to any potential applicant, whilst also balancing the need for the process to not be unnecessarily onerous, so as to cause any form of barrier to individuals. We are pleased with what has been accomplished with this important step in the development of HCT. Through this process we will be able to administer HCT funds appropriately between successful applicants to support the raising and training of as many individuals as possible who are engaged in Christian Ministry (Object 3) as the more people we can support, who are trained to further the work of All Saints, Church will and the Christian religion around the world, will benefrt the public by virtue of the grants made to individual beneficiaries, In setting out our activities and achievements for the year, the Trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland's guidance on

public benefit to ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the charities purposes and provide a benefit to the beneficiaries.
