Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wilh the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to examine the accounls under section 65 of Ihe Chaiities Acl follow the procedure5 laTrd down in the general Direclions given by the Commission under section 65{91(b) of Ihe Charities Acl slate whelher particulaf matters have come lo my attenlion. I have examined your charity accounts as required under sedion 65 of the Charitses Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Direc¢ions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9}(b) of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accounling records kept by the charity and a comparlson of Ihe accounls presented wilh those records. It also induded constderation of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charily trustees Con￿rning any such matters.
