I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Hamilton Road Baptist Church (the charilyl
for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wilh the Charities Act
(Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to

of Ihe Charities Acl

I have examined your charity accounts as required under sedion 65 of the Charitses Act and my examination was
carried out in accordance with the general Direc¢ions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
section 65{9}(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounling records kept by the charity and a comparlson of Ihe accounls
presented wilh those records. It also induded constderation of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts,
and seeking explanations from you as charily trustees Con￿rning any such matters.
