It is my re5ponsibillty to Examlne the accounts under settion 65 of the Charlties Att Follow the procedures laid down in the general dlrectlons glven by the Comrnission under section 65(9) (b) of the Charlties Act State whether particular matters have come to my attention Basis of Independent examlner's statement I have your char5ty'5 accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitles Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the dlrectlons given by the Charity Commission of Northern Ireland under section 65(9) (b) of the Charitles Act. My examination included a revlew of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a comparison of any unusual Items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charltv trustees concerning any such matters.
