I report on the accounts of Denmark Community Association for the 12 months ended 31 March
2023 set out on pages 2 to 16.

Basis of Independent examlner's statement
I have your char5ty'5 accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitles Act and my examination
was carried out in accordance with the dlrectlons given by the Charity Commission of Northern
Ireland under section 65(9) (b) of the Charitles Act.
My examination included a revlew of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a comparison
of any unusual Items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charltv
trustees concerning any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention givln8 me cause to
belleve:
I, That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those records. or
3. That the accounts do not comply with accounting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there 15 further information needed for a proper understandin8 of the accounts to be
reached

I have completed my examination and I have no concerns In respect of any of the matters (l) to (4)
listed above and In connectlon with followlng the directions of the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland, I have found no matters that require drawing to your attentlon.
