Activities
The main object for which the Company is established (the “Main Object”) is to advance the Roman Catholic religion the United Kingdom by developing and facilitating Catholic focused retreats to young people aged 10-30. As objects incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the Main Object, the Company shall have the following subsidiary objects: 1) to further the Roman Catholic religion through dynamic up to date youth ministry formats set up in a parish, deanery and diocesan locations; 2) working for a set time period to develop local strategic plans to implement long term youth ministry programs; 3) to achieve this objective we provide training and formation material to young members of the Catholic faith; 4) carry out audits on current youth ministry programs and provide up to date training to Catholic parishes and youth ministers; and 5) generally, to promote the advancement of religion, in conformance with the laws, theology, philosophy, teachings and doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church.
