The interest from the Trust was used to contribute to the support of Lagan College Chaplain5. On 2 February 2021, wlth a8reement of the former Trustees of the Sister Anna Charltable Trust the IEF transferred thls restricted Capital Fund to a newly formed Charity, The Sister Anna Chaplalncy Charitable Trust, ISACCTI to be administered by Lagan College Limited. The Trust 8oard are recrulted by Lagan College Limited. The Board of Trustee5 is made up of three Dlrectors and the Treasurer of Lagan Colle8e Limited. Each Trustee may serve three years after whlch perlod they may put themselves forward for reappointment for a second further temi, however no member may serve longer than slx years or, if resolved by all the then Directors of Lagan Colle8e Umited In accordance with the Articles of Asso¢iation, nine years continuouslv. No transactions occurred until 2 February 2021 when the $1ster Anna Chaplaincy Charitable Trust poitfollo was opened and funds transferred from IEF. The trust funds are managed by Dawy Prlvate Client5 UK. The total transfer value was £189,542 Durlng the period from l Aprll 2021 to 31 March 2022 the fund earned £8,891. Market Performance ha5 led to an increa5p in the capitsl sum from £191,044 to £200,435 at 31 March 2022.
