STRucfuRE, GQVERANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The 5isterAnna Charlt8ble Trust15ACTI was a restrirted Capital Fund Set up with IEF, by the late Sister
Anna, in 2004. The interest from the Trust was used to contribute to the support of Lagan College
Chaplain5. On 2 February 2021, wlth a8reement of the former Trustees of the Sister Anna Charltable
Trust the IEF transferred thls restricted Capital Fund to a newly formed Charity, The Sister Anna
Chaplalncy Charitable Trust, ISACCTI to be administered by Lagan College Limited.
The Trust 8oard are recrulted by Lagan College Limited. The Board of Trustee5 is made up of three
Dlrectors and the Treasurer of Lagan Colle8e Limited. Each Trustee may serve three years after whlch
perlod they may put themselves forward for reappointment for a second further temi, however no
member may serve longer than slx years or, if resolved by all the then Directors of Lagan Colle8e
Umited In accordance with the Articles of Asso¢iation, nine years continuouslv.
The Trustees wlll meet on an annual basis to agree the broad strate8y and areas of activity for the
Fund including.. fundralsing, Investments performance, reserves. iisk mana8ement and other policles
and procedures.

The Board of Trustees will continue to apply the Interest from the funds for the purpose Intended by
the founder5 of the SSster Anna CharStable Trust.
ACHIEVEMENT5 AND PERFORMANCE
The Slster Anna Chaplaincy Charitable Trust was set up on 6 March 2020. No transactions occurred
until 2 February 2021 when the $1ster Anna Chaplaincy Charitable Trust poitfollo was opened and
funds transferred from IEF.
The trust funds are managed by Dawy Prlvate Client5 UK.
The total transfer value was £189,542
Durlng the period from l Aprll 2021 to 31 March 2022 the fund earned £8,891.
Market Performance ha5 led to an increa5p in the capitsl sum from £191,044 to £200,435 at 31 March
2022.
